Due to some unfortunate circumstances, our programming has been altered a significant bit. We are sorry to say that Dr. Albert Je-Fu Lin's visa interview was scheduled after the conference and will be unable to attend. Due to how late it is, most of our backups have moved on. As a result we will be only having two keynote speakers: William Kirby, and Randall Schriver.
